Stray Dawg and the Wolves are a Texas based, Texas blues band.  A lot of swinging shuffles, funkiness, and a lot of blues.  High energy, hard hitting, soulful, and entertaining, they play a mix of classic blues from the likes of Freddie King, Albert Collins, Fenton Robinson to more modern day bluesmen such as Lucky Peterson as well as their own brand original blues material.   This is some foot stompin, good time music that is sure to entertain your audience.

 

Stray Dawg and the Wolves is a recent recipient of a City of Austin grant and is currently working on a full length record of all original blues material due to be released in November 2024
